Named one of Greater Nashville House & Home magazine’s Readers’ Favorite Home Builder is a huge honor for the Carbine building team after recently completing our biggest charity project to date, the House for Hope Designer Show House.

Being selected a favorite builder is an honor, and, as we express our thanks, here’re some of our favorite building moments which make us proud and thankful to be living and working in Middle Tennessee.

Country Music legend Kix Brooks escorts the Van Dorston family with C&A builder Daryl Walny to their new Carbine custom home made possible through Operation FINALLY HOME.

“Carbine & Associates has had the privilege of building so many wonderful homes over the years, and while we take pride in every home we build, we are especially proud to have our name on this one,” said James Carbine founding partner of Carbine & Associates. “So many subcontractors and supplies have generously donated their time and products to make this beautiful custom French country home possible for the Van Dorstons as one small way to honor the service and sacrifices of Luke and our military.”

Carbine partner & V.P. of Operations Daryl Walny marshaled volunteers along with Carbine’s Estimating Manager Kim Dykes.  Walny was honored by Franklin Tomorrow with their Corporate Volunteer Achievement Award and the project earned National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) Judge’s Special Award of Excellence and a Silver Award for Building Industry Community Spirit Award.

Designer Show House Earns Children’s Charities $100,000

Working with 15 designers from four different states to produce a gorgeous Modern Farmhouse with the proceeds dedicated to area children’s charities is Carbine’s most ambitious charity project to date.  Celebrating over 30 years of building, the team skipped the party and built a gorgeous home in the new Southern Preserve neighborhood reaching their goal of $100,000 for charity. Nationally, Domino magazine showcased the project with the house under contract within seven days of the tour closing. In June, over a dozen checks will be presented to so many worthy causes.
