The home building process can be overwhelming but new Carbine homeowners share their positive experience about the process of building a Carbine & Associates home.
Here’s more on Dennis and Rebecca Holmes experience on building in this video.
Home Building Process
This was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced or heard about. The professionalism to quality and organization, they are just nice people – the whole team,” said Dennis Holmes of working with Carbine & Associates.. “Yes, there are some good builders in the Nashville area, but I can’t imagine a team that has better service.”
When the Holmes began with the Carbine & Associates team to build their new home in the pretty Westhaven neighborhood, the team sat down with the couple to review the process.
“This was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced or heard about. The professionalism to quality and organization, they are just nice people – the whole team,” said Dennis. “Yes, there are some good builders in the Nashville area, but I can’t imagine a team that has better service.”
From the selection process to scheduling and completion, Carbine’s transparent building process helped the couple understand what to expect and to manage important deadlines.
“When they pulled out the schedule of what selections I needed at what time, I just knew I was in good hands and new we would work smoothly together,” Rebecca said.
How The Carbine Home Building Process Works
The initial meeting where we met the team at their corporate office lasted two to three hours as Daryl Walny, VP of Operations, went line by line through the contract, read everything out loud and explained everything to make sure we understood, Dennis explains.
Initial meetings with Carbine are very thorough, from A to Z, ensuring clients understand timeframes, deadlines and budget.
“The structure they implemented, the organization and the protocols they use for construction made it very easy for us,” Dennis said.
Carbine makes communication a top priority.
The team was “always available via phone, text or email…We always got our questions answered…We walked away from that first meeting knowing we were in good hands and we were never disappointed, “ says Rebecca.
