During the custom home construction phase, you’ll be able to watch your dream home take shape. The details you’ve chosen will come to life, and you’ll be one step closer to living in your beautiful creation.
Phase 3 of the Custom Home-Building Process: Construction
Our expert builders use the finest materials to ensure that your home is everything you hoped it would be. During the pre-construction process, we’ll be hard at work to ensure that everything is in place so we can complete your home on time… and on budget.
We’ll break ground on your home site and begin trucking in the materials we need to pull it all together. Our crew will pour the foundation, and once that has been inspected, we’ll start on the rough framing. After we’ve put together the frame, it’s time to begin work on plumbing, electrical, and the heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
Roofing, insulation, and interior walls are next. We’ll install the countertops, cabinetry and other custom finishes that we discussed during the feasibility phase and the design phase, as well.
You’ll get acquainted with your new home during the final walk-through (you can visit your home during the construction process to watch our progress, as well). We’ll explain the features and how to operate the systems in your home, too, and you’ll have the opportunity to explore and examine every angle.
Our homes are inspected at several points during the construction process. Inspections are required by law, but we conduct our own inspections as well; that’s because our primary concern is quality. We carefully inspect materials and workmanship throughout construction because we treat each home as if our own families would be living in them; if it’s not good enough for our families, it’s not good enough for yours.
