Surrounded by the pretty Toon Creek, Water Leaf is a new Williamson County neighborhood developed by Carbine & Associates.

Located in Franklin off Gosey Hill Road, Carbine & Associates is developing the community which will have just 26, acre-plus home sites offering privacy with easy access to community resources. Here is a video tour.

“Similar in style to the recently unveiled Williamson County Southern Preserve neighborhood, this new community near Arrington Vineyards will have large home sites with a quarter of the neighborhood property dedicated to green space,” Carbine said. “The community has easy access to I-840 and is zoned for Page High and Middle Schools as well as Oak View Elementary.”

Carbine will also be building in the neighborhood on 11 home sites and has already begun a popular farmhouse, Federal and Tennessee country style home.  The neighborhood home prices will range from mid-$800,000s to over $1 million.

Land on which to build is hard to find particularly on acre-plus home sites said Carbine’s vice president of operations, Daryl Walny.

“We love building in the Williamson County community.  However, there is a diminishing supply of land on which to build and a population increasing daily.  Water Leaf balances the desire for privacy with acre-plus home sites, great Williamson County schools and access to shopping and the interstate,” said Walny.

The first homes are slated for completion by the end of 2017. Contact Carbine Realty Broker Beth Sturm for more information at 615-351-0039.

In their 31st year of home building and developing, Carbine recently completed the House for Hope Designer Show House with 15 designers from four states.  Upon the sale of the farmhouse style home, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to over a dozen area children’s charities.

Using transparent cost control, superior project organization and attention-to-detail, Carbine and Associates was the builder of the 2014 HGTV’s Smart Home® in Green Hills. Giving back to their community, they donated building services for a mortgage-free house in Kings’ Chapel in partnership with Operation FINALLY HOME, a non-profit that provides custom-homes for wounded, disabled veterans and their widows. With work featured on the July/August 2013 cover of “Traditional Home” magazine, they are members in good standing with the local, state and national Home Builders Associations.
