Barnett will be sharing the custom color palette for the House for Hope created in order to lay the foundation for the theme: A Fresh Take on the Modern Farmhouse. An expert in residential paint color, Barnett has created hundreds of interior and exterior color palettes in Nashville and across the United States. As a Trusted Advisor for LP SmartSide, she created new exterior color palettes for LP siding and trim products, educational color content for website and promotional materials, an instructional video series on exterior color for remodelers, and a color selection system for an exterior color phone app. She also created the Psychological Staging Paint Color Toolkit for home stagers, which won the 2016 RESA Most Innovative Product of the Year award. A Modern Farmhouse in the new, Franklin neighborhood, Southern Preserve, opens March 4-12 as the first House for Hope Designer Show House and showcases over a dozen Southeastern design tastemakers partnering with builders, Carbine & Associates.
