In fourth quarter of 2017, the popular web and mobile app Pinterest announced they have 200 million monthly active users growing by 50 million in a little under a year. Carbine and Associates staff and clients continue to find it a great resource in designing and building homes in Middle Tennessee. Here’s our Pinterest pin of the year.
Pinterest Pin Of Year
Carbine is pleased to announce the 2017 Pin of the Year was pinned from a story on Domino.com “This Tennessee Home Is Anything But Ordinary” about the Carbine farmhouse project, the House for Hope. Earning the most impressions was the boy’s bedroom of the charity designer show house.
Clough said the room resonated with Domino with its “clean, transitional feel and clever decorating touches like the army men filled bedside table lamp.”
New Pinterest Builder Inspiration Board
A big fan of Pinterest, Carbine’s Vice President of Operations Daryl Walny has been using Pinterest for awhile to work with custom clients on designing their home.
“I find Pinterest super helpful. When someone is describing an interesting design element they want in their home, if they can provide visual examples, it makes the design process much clearer,” Walny said.
Today, we unveil a new “Builder Daryl’s Inspiration” board. Carbine’s Vice President of Operations Daryl Walny uses Pinterest to find his own inspiration we’ve shared on this board.
Here’s more on the announcements from a Carbine & Associates Facebook roundtable discussion with Beth Sturm and Kristen Carbine.
