From developing new neighborhoods to launching a designer show house for area children’s charities, 2016 has been a very busy year for the Carbine & Associates team. Check out our Carbine 2016 Year In Review video below.
Throughout the year, we were honored to have the Tennessean highlight our new Kenrow Corner Town Homes in The Nations, new duplex in WeHo (Wedgewood-Houston area), gorgeous Westhaven home and step inside a stunning custom home to see Narrow Gate Artisans beautiful beams. WSMV was also kind enough to highlight this unique building partnership for a Pay It 4ward segment.
USA Today Home magazine asked us to share more on our love for beautiful Caesarstone counters and Country Living magazine chose the home of one of clients for its front cover showcasing the beautiful work of one of our favorite design partners Julie Couch Interiors.
Next Generation Joins Carbine
When you have been building and developing with many of the same co-workers for over thirty years, it is truly rewarding when the next generation joins your company. Kristen Carbine was welcomed as a new agent for Carbine Realty Group and is already doing an amazing job!
Coming Up in 2017
We finished the year by relaunching our website and moving into the home stretch for the 2017 House for Hope Designer Show House which opens for tour daily March 4-12. For our 30th anniversary, the Carbine partners decided in lieu of a big party to build a charity home with 100% of the proceeds benefiting area children’s nonprofits. Upon the sale of the home, we will be connecting with some very special groups in 2017!
Check out this video overview below and follow the House for Hope Designer Show House build on our Facebook and Instagram pages as we also introduce three new neighborhoods with home sites available – Southern Preserve, Water Leaf and Natures Landing – and new Nashville condos at Kenrow Corner. Most of all, from our homes to yours, wishing you the very best for a safe and blessed holiday!
