Beginning her career at the peak of Nashville’s real estate market, Carbine Realty Group’s Kristen Carbine said it was a little like jumping in the water without knowing how to swim! This can-do attitude earned the newest member of Carbine’s team Rookie of the Year for the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee.
Carbine Realty Broker Beth Sturm said the launch of so many new Carbine neighborhoods, including Kenrow Corner in The Nations, was an exciting time as Kristen rose to the occasion of many new challenges.
“Almost every unusual scenario in real estate happened to Kristen in her first year and she handled it like a rock star! Kristen brings a fresh perspective to Carbine Realty while helping us launch our new home projects in The Nations which sold out this year! It has been an exciting time watching a sharp young lady, whom I have had the pleasure of watching grow up, mature into a thoughtful and hard-working Realtor. We are so proud she earned Rookie of the Year,” Sturm said.
Born and raised in the Nashville area, Kristen is a third generation home industry professional.
“One of the best decisions I have ever made was to join Carbine & Associates and work with my father, James. To be able to have access to such a brilliant mind and to someone who is willing to teach me each day is invaluable,” Kristen said. “In one year, I feel I have had to face some challenges not many “rookies’ have to take on including new construction, codes issues, an aggressive real estate market and learning to partner with project managers as I dug into the details of building. It has been such a rewarding experience and I am so grateful.”
In 2018, Kristen will continue to represent Carbine’s urban projects with several gorgeous properties coming on the market in the first quarter of the year.
