Franklin, Tenn.(August 4, 2015)—Top Nashville area custom home builder Carbine & Associates today announced the addition of two project managers, Tim Grubbs and Grant Towne, according to company vice president of operations, Daryl Walny.

Grubbs, a native of Tuscumbia, AL, is a Murfreesboro resident and has over 19 years of residential construction management experience.  An Auburn University graduate with a building construction degree, Grubbs will be working on home building projects in Westhaven and Beechwood Plantation neighborhoods.

A third-generation builder, Towne is a native of Beaufort, South Carolina. A Lewisburg resident, he previously was a project manager for an area custom builder. His work in Nashville began on the Nashville Convention Center where he served as a superintendent and safety manager for a masonry company building the iconic Nashville landmark. Towne will be working on Carbine projects in the Tollgate and Kings’ Chapel neighborhoods as well as the Kenrow Corner town home development in The Nations.

Using transparent cost control, superior project organization and attention-to-detail, Carbine and Associates was the builder of the 2014 HGTV’s Smart Home® in Green Hills. Giving back to their community, they have donated building services for a mortgage-free house in Kings’ Chapel in partnership with Operation FINALLY HOME, a non-profit that provides custom-homes for wounded, disabled veterans and their widows. With work featured on the July/August 2013 cover of “Traditional Home” magazine, they are members in good standing with the local, state and national Home Builders Associations.
