Carbine Realty is a value-added service for Carbine & Associates’ custom home clients selling, at under market rate, their existing homes. With a long-time respect for the building industry, the Washington, D.C. native first began buying and selling homes in Northern Virginia.
Beth has been in new home sales, sales management and project management for 25 years in Middle Tennessee. After re-locating to Franklin, she has partnered for the past decade with Carbine exclusively representing their real estate interests as a developer of master planned communities, a merchant builder, commercial developer and technology company.
She is a past recipient of the Nationals Silver Award for Marketing Director of the year, a REALTOR® and an IRM Trustee. The Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation is the fourth and most prestigious designation given by the Institute of Residential Marketing of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The MIRM is the top-level achievement for professionals in new home marketing.
With a legacy and love of the home building industry, Kristen Carbine’s early days were spent as a teen helping her father, Carbine & Associates’ President James Carbine. A David Lipscomb High School graduate, her college career began at Lee University where she was part of a winning soccer team earning two National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) national championships. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Family Business.
Today, she has earned her real estate license and serves as the primary Carbine Realty agent for the company’s Nashville urban projects including The Nations and Wedgewood-Houston or WEHO.
