The Nations- Kenrow Town Homes
NASHVILLE, Tenn.—(April 21, 2015) Carbine & Associates is breaking ground in May on Kenrow Corner, a $3.4 million, mixed-use development of townhomes and commercial space, in The Nations area of West Nashville.
James Carbine, president of the Franklin-based Carbine & Associates, said the corner of Kentucky and Morrow form a unique half-acre lot. Architect Preston Quirk has created an iconic, wedge-shaped design for the 10 townhomes and 1,800 square feet of commercial space.
We are very excited to be unveiling a development we consider to be an investment in the community. In addition to an interesting shaped building, the townhomes have beautiful façades and offer a variety of living spaces, Carbine said.
Answering a demand for housing in the area, Carbine said Kenrow Corner will have low-maintenance Hardie plank siding, side walks, three rain gardens and pervious asphalt. Ranging in price from $336,000-$390,000 the townhomes will have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood floors.
At a time when jobs in the Nashville area are flourishing, we are offering an attached housing option convenient to downtown and a low-maintenance lifestyle, Carbine said.
Carbine said the team anticipates the homes being built and sold out by the end of the year. Home options include six, three-story townhomes with two-car garages, two additional larger three-story townhomes with no garages and two units over the retail space. Sales for Kenrow Corner will be handled by Tarkington & Harwell Company.
