Carbine & Associates’ real estate division is heading in an exciting new direction and announcing a new affiliation with PARKS Realty on Main in downtown Franklin. Formerly Carbine Realty Group, broker Beth Sturm and REALTOR Kristen Carbine will now be licensed with PARKS Realty.
Company president, James Carbine, has known and respected Bob Parks, owner of PARK Realty, for years. PARKS on Main will bring the greatest exposure for Carbine’s new home projects, and Beth and Kristen are excited to build this relationship with others in the home industry as they represent buyers and sellers throughout the Middle Tennessee area.
Passionate about assisting clients in finding the homes of their dreams, Beth has 30 years of new home sales experience working with top builders and has been the recipient of many awards, including the Nationals Silver Award for Marketing Director of the Year. She is happy to continue working with Carbine through PARKS Realty.
“Building dream homes for my clients has been a true passion of mine through my thirty years in the business. Real estate is not a job for me – it’s my passion and a way of life,” says Beth.
With a legacy and love of the home building industry, Kristen Carbine was named Rookie of the Year by the Home Builder’s Association of Middle Tennessee. She has been working with her father, James Carbine, since she was a teen and has been working as a Realtor with Carbine Realty Group since 2016. She is excited to continue working with Carbine through PARKS Realty.
