The company’s land development throughout the Middle Tennessee area includes these fine communities:  McCrory Trace Estates, River Bend Estates, North Lake, Oakmont, Buckingham Park (Phase 3), Cheekwood, Forrest Crossing (Phase 7), Ivy Glen, Highland Creek at Raintree, Banbury Crossing, McKay’s Mill, Highland Creek, Woodland Pointe, Gates at Carlisle, Tollgate Village, Bridgemore Village and General’s Retreat.

The community list above represents neighborhoods in which Carbine Development has worked in the approval and/or development of the community.  In many cases, the Carbine team also built houses in the neighborhood through the former home building company, Construction Associates, Inc. which was sold to The Jones Company in 1995 or through Carbine & Associates, LLC which was formed in 2005.
