Phase 1 of the Custom Home-Building Process: Feasibility

The feasibility phase of the custom construction process includes several steps. During this phase, we’ll get a clear picture of what you want from your next home. We’ll come up with a preliminary estimate, analyze the possibilities, and begin the design. We’ll also discuss your budget and ensure that we’re on the same page.

Your Wants and Needs

As Middle Tennessee’s premier custom homebuilders, we want to hear about your dream home. Give us your list of wants and needs, share your design ideas and tell us what you expect from your new home.

Pre-Design

We’ll take the reins and analyze the site conditions, research laws and permits, and narrow down our focus to the type of architecture you want.

Preliminary Design

You’ll start to see your new home take shape when we begin the preliminary design. Together, we’ll review conceptual drawings; we’ll also share our ideas on cost-effective design solutions we can implement so you’ll get even more from your new home.

Budgeting

We’ll come together to discuss the preliminary specifications, establish line items that fit within your budget, and go over the value you’ll get from your custom home.

After the Feasibility Phase

Once we’ve made it through the feasibility phase of planning, we’ll move on to the design phase.
