The design phase is one of the most exciting parts of building a custom home—both for our clients and for us. It’s during this phase that you’ll watch your ideas come to life on paper, and you’ll be able to infuse the design with your own personal touches.

It’s going to be more than just a house; it’s going to be a home that exceeds all your expectations.

Phase 2 of the Custom Home-Building Process: Design

The design phase is one of the most exciting parts of building a custom home—both for our clients and for us. It’s during this phase that you’ll watch your ideas come to life on paper, and you’ll be able to infuse the design with your own personal touches.

After the Design Phase

The design phase is the second step in the custom home-building process (the first is what we call the feasibility phase).

After we’ve completed the design phase, it’s time to move on to construction. You’ll be able to watch the plans jump off the paper and become your dream home.

If you have questions about this part (or any other part) of the custom home-building process, please call us at 615-661-9995 or get in touch with us online. We’ll be happy to answer your questions and show you what we can do for you.
