Named Rookie of the Year for the Home Builders Association of Middle TN, as an affiliate broker with PARKS Realty – Downtown Franklin,  Kristen has a legacy and love of the home building industry, Kristen Carbine’s early days were spent as a teen helping her father, Carbine & Associates’ President James Carbine. A David Lipscomb High School graduate, her college career began at Lee University where she was part of a winning soccer team earning two National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) national championships. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Family Business. Today, she serves on the listing team for the company’s Nashville urban projects including Green Hills, The Nations and Wedgewood-Houston or WEHO as well as Williamson County.
