For the past 30 years, Kim Dykes has been an integral part of Carbine’s building and development and today serves as Chief of Estimating and Operations. Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, as the daughter of an Army officer, she’s lived in seven states and overseas twice. She moved to Franklin with her husband in the mid-1980s beginning her work with Carbine. Most recently, she coordinated the team’s House for Hope Designer Show House which earned a Franklin Tomorrow Corporate Volunteer Award. Kim was previously president of the Williamson County Chapter of the Home Builders Association of Middle TN in 1998 and 1999 earning the HBAMT Presidential Award in 1999.
